Built in Fort Smith for Regional Business

Cyberhelix Technical Solutions was founded in Fort Smith, Arkansas in 2014 with a straightforward mission: give regional businesses the same quality of IT and cybersecurity that enterprise organizations take for granted, without the detachment of a national vendor or the limitations of a one-person shop.

What started as a local managed IT provider has grown into the only MSP in the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas consistently building practices around compliance, AI governance, and cybersecurity-first operations. We serve healthcare, manufacturing, legal, financial, construction, and nonprofit organizations across Arkansas and Oklahoma.

We are family-owned and intend to stay that way. Every client relationship matters. Every engagement is backed by real accountability, not a help desk ticket that disappears into a queue.
